Don't you get paid to figure out what it means?
I think it means something like "take your wife, sister and spouse to Hawaii." At least that is how I read it. The circular target thingy means Hawaii.
How exciting it must be to find stuff like that!!!!
And I think it means the body builder (probably the Arnie of his day) went for a walk out amongst the whirlpools across the sea. But Bishopmom's "take your wife, sister and spouse to Hawaii" probably works too!

No way it says Suzy loves Bobby. You can clearly see that it says "Tuntuc loves Mutmawpe"
